The First Children’s Finance (FCF) main office is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This office is the home of programs such as the Loan Fund, the Growth Fund, and the Children’s Chamber of Commerce. Many of FCF’s programs are available in additional states as described below. For more information on these programs, see the left side bar on our website.

Loan Fund and Quality First Programs. FCF is unique as a lending institution, specializing in making loans and grants to child care businesses—homes and centers—for the purposes of facility development, improvement and expansion. These services are currently available in eight states:

Minnesota
Missouri
North Dakota
South Dakota
Texas

Growth Fund Programs. FCF has Growth Fund initiatives in 5 states:

Children’s Chambers of Commerce. FCF has Chambers in three states:

Minnesota
