Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
This website contains information on children’s health, universal infection control measures for children who are HIV-positive, and much more.

Child Care Law Center
Although the Child Care Law Center of San Francisco, California folded in 2009 its website is still up and contains a number of free downloadable publications on the Americans with Disability Act as well as publications for providers in California on insurance, ADA, and license-exempt care.

National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education

North Dakota Child Care Resource and Referral
Click on “Search for Training.” A class on Legal & Insurance issues is one of five self-paced on line classes. The class is free. This site also contains numerous articles and resources on the business of family child care.
