Job Title: Child Care Systems Analyst
The Child Care Systems Analyst supports our growing analytical work in support of ECE systems change.
FCF’s National Systems team provides research, consulting, and capacity-building services to child care systems leaders working to increase the supply and sustainability of child care businesses. We are seeking a curious and flexible systems thinker with experience and commitment to using data to inform systems change. We strive to be a learning organization that embodies FCF’s values of innovation, equity, and capacity-building, and we are seeking a team member who excels in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
The Child Care Systems Analyst will assist with developing and implementing research and evaluation plans across National System projects by generating, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on policies, practices, funding streams, and trends. The Child Care Systems Analyst will work with FCF clients. This work includes supporting cities, counties, states, Tribal Nations, and other entities as they seek to assess the business side of child care.
This is a remote position.
Salary: $76,000.00 to $79,800.00 annually

Job Title: Business Development Specialist
The FCF Oregon team is seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to work with small businesses in Oregon’s metro region. This is a remote position with travel within the region as needed to meet with partners, individual childcare businesses, and communities.
The Business Development Specialist position provides business and financial planning, consultation, training, and support to early care and education providers; promotes FCF and its programs and services; and connects to a diverse group of FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents. This position works closely with members of the FCF team to promote and ensure the effectiveness of FCF’s core programs, including: (1) consulting services and technical assistance to childcare businesses; (2) training and education to a variety of audiences; and (3) facilitation of community engagement activities.
This is a remote position based in Oregon.
Salary: $64,890.00

FCF Minnesota team is seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to work with small businesses in the metro region of Minnesota. This position is a remote work opportunity with the expectation of travel within the region when required to meet with partners, individual child care businesses, and communities.
The Business Development Specialist position provides business and financial planning, consultation, training and support to early care and education providers; promotes FCF and its programs and services; and connects to a diverse group of FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents. This position works closely with members of the FCF team to promote and ensure the effectiveness of FCF’s core programs, including: (1) consulting services and technical assistance to child care businesses; (2) training and education to a variety of audiences; and (3) facilitation of community engagement activities.
Salary: $68,000 bilingual; $64,890 non-bilingual

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead business development activities in Iowa. This position will also provide direct business and financial planning, consultation, training, and support to ECE providers; promote FCF and its programs and services; support fund development activities; and connect to diverse FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents. The incumbent will work closely with the Iowa State Director to promote and ensure the effectiveness of FCF’s core programs and is responsible for community engagement, building local partnerships, and securing additional funding.
This is a remote position based in Iowa.
Salary: $92,700.00
