Job Title: Director, Iowa and National
FCF is seeking a new Director, Iowa and National: a talented manager and leader whose approach is strategic, collaborative, and characterized by the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve FCF’s goals. The individual has a proven track record of success in program and people management, including managing relationships with external partners, and is a high-functioning “generalist” who is a thought leader and a self-starter.
This individual will possess highly developed fundraising and communications skills. They are creative, curious, innovative, and possess a continuous improvement mindset that will advance the FCF Theory of Change. The Director will be especially skilled at building and developing key stakeholder relationships and overseeing the division.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Iowa but open to candidates based elsewhere with strong familiarity with, or the ability to learn, the child care context in Iowa.
Salary: $ 130,000.00

Job Title: Business Development Specialist – Bilingual
FCF Minnesota team is seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to work with small businesses in the metro region of Minnesota. This position is a remote work opportunity with the expectation of travel within the region when required to meet with partners, individual child care businesses, and communities.
The Business Development Specialist position provides business and financial planning, consultation, training and support to early care and education providers; promotes FCF and its programs and services; and connects to a diverse group of FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents. This position works closely with members of the FCF team to promote and ensure the effectiveness of FCF’s core programs, including: (1) consulting services and technical assistance to child care businesses; (2) training and education to a variety of audiences; and (3) facilitation of community engagement activities.
Salary: $68,000 bilingual; $64,890 non-bilingual

Job Title: Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead business development activities in Iowa. This position will also provide direct business and financial planning, consultation, training, and support to ECE providers; promote FCF and its programs and services; support fund development activities; and connect to diverse FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents. The incumbent will work closely with the Iowa State Director to promote and ensure the effectiveness of FCF’s core programs and is responsible for community engagement, building local partnerships, and securing additional funding.
This is a remote position based in Iowa.
Salary: $92,700.00
